CommSure VBK ( Voicebank) is a phone-in 'Noticeboard' messaging service that allows administration to leave messages for staff, customers, media and the public. It is useful for Press Releases, Public Announcements, Product Updates, Security Information, Public and Staff Notification.

Easy to set up and useOnce your CommSure VBK service is setup for you, maintenance and updating of the hotline service is easy and messages can be recorded remotely via any touch tone phone by anyone having the passcode.
Callers can then phone in and listen to posted messages usually latest first, but with the option to jump back and forth. Older recordings can be archived with the caller able to listen after hearing the most recent recordings.
Simplicity of use and the ability to integrate the service with other options such as SMS or email alert notification mean staff time expended in communicating changes to relevant people is kept to a minimum.
As an example, your staff would not have to dial the hotline number only to find that there are no further updates - instead each subscribing staff member would receive a text message to their UK mobile advising when a new voice message has been recorded to CommSure VBK. The SMS contains a standard message plus the hotline number to phone back in on.
If at any stage a subscriber wishes to unsubscribe, they can dial the hotline number, choose the option for subscription services and then enter the option to unsubscribe (the service always prompts them to subscribe or unsubscribe the mobile number they are calling from or enter another number).
Integration with TeleConferencing CommSure VBK can also be used to post material recorded during online phone conferences conducted via the hosted Safeguard teleconferencing service. Many callers can be connected into one call with the proceedings recorded for archive purposes.
Automatic Email Forwarding Automatic email forwarding of messages for audit purposes is a Voicebank option. Each new CommSure VBK recording is automatically forwarded as a .wav file to a given email address for long term storage and reference. This is particularly useful for users with auto delete parameters set if recordings are required to be stored for retrieval in the future. Wav file attachments can be heard through a PC providing speakers and media player software are available.
Statistics Optional automatic email reports are also available for the CommSure VBK service. These reports contain data in raw format which can be formatted using a spreadsheet package. The reports can be forwarded on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
International CommSure VBK - 0870 Numbers 0871 numbers are accessible in the UK and some European countries. The CommSure VBK service can be upgraded to receive calls originating in countries outside of Europe, plus the rest of the world, by using a 0870 phone number.
