Easy to Setup and Use

Callers can then phone in and listen to posted messages usually latest first, but with the option to jump back and forth. Older recordings can be archived with the caller able to listen after hearing the most recent recordings.

CommSure VoiceBank Features
CommSure VBR enables staff to register their safety during an emergency or business disruption and is an electronic version of a manual Human Resources roll-call registration (headcount) process.
CommSure VBR enables staff, contractors and visitors to register their safety in an emergency from any fixed or celluar phone regardless of their location.
CommSure VBR provides a live roll call and staff acknowledgement service where employees can register their safety or acknowledge receipt of information via SMS, Voice or online within a secure environment during a crisis, disruption to their normal business activities or where they have been instructed to evacuate a building.
PIN authentication allows individual callers to register their status from any touch-tone telephone or mobile phone.
All data and responses are stored within the system and logged with a date and time stamp that can be reviewed during or after the event.
CommSure Roll-Call Features
CommSure VBS is an additional option whereby subscribers can be informed by SMS when the messages on the Voicebank service have been updated. This feature can be accessed via the web interface allowing the company Voicebank administrator to inform customers and staff that new information is available on the Voicebank Phone Line.
As an example, journalists would not have to dial the Voicebank number only to find that there are no further updates - the journalist would receive a text message to their UK mobile advising when a new Voicebank message has been recorded. The SMS contains a standard message plus the Voicebank number to be dialled.
If at any stage a subscriber wishes to unsubscribe, they can dial the Voicebank number, choose the option for subscription services and then enter the option to unsubscribe (the service always prompts them to subscribe or unsubscribe the mobile number they are calling from or enter another number).
CommSure SMS Alert Features
CommSure MSL is the ideal messaging service for Schools, Emergency Services, Government Agency and UK Business.
CommSure MSL is a Phone-in 'Information Hotline' messaging service that allows administration to select a single message from within a library of up to 10 pre-recorded messages and then via an interactive voice response menu publish the selected message to the VoiceBank service for callers who dial in to the VocieBank service to listen to.
Commsure MSL can be used for Public Announcements, Security Information, Business Operating Times or Contact details and has been primarily designed where message content does not need to be changed or updated.
